Meet Sam, a young man with a heart full of humor and a dream to make the world smile. But life isn’t always a stage—at least not the one Sam imagined. His family has different plans for him, insisting he work at a new restaurant opening in just two weeks. Yet, before his time is consumed by kitchen orders and customer service, Sam sets out on a mission: to conquer the city, one joke at a time.

In "Comedian Dreams", you'll help Sam gain the reputation, fame, and fortune needed to perform at the city's top venues. As you navigate through different locations, your quick wit and clever punchlines will earn you fans and funds, enabling you to rent spaces for your shows.

This project was developed for the Global Game Jam 2024, inspired by the theme "Make Me Laugh". We also embraced the Steamboat Willie diversifier, bringing a classic and nostalgic touch to the game’s design and animation style.
